All families are required to volunteer during the season. On the day of equipment hand out, you must sign up for volunteer times. Parents must show for all volunteer duty or you will be responsible to pay for your child's banquet gift ($35.00)
You will not be scheduled to work in the concession stand during your child's game, so you should sign up for one of the other games.
In addition to helping our own organization, the WJFL requires us to provide volunteers to help at Field Day, sell line ads in the Field Day program, and sell tickets to the League Dance.
Each year, the Hornets will spend over $3000 to replace Cheerleader and Football uniforms and equipment. A $20.00 deposit is required for uniforms and equipment. All items must be returned clean and on time in order for your deposit to be refunded.
